THE CLIENT
Frollo is a purpose-driven Australian fintech on a quest to help people feel good about money. They've built the simplest way to help people get their finances on track – and through their business ecosystem, they’re supporting their enterprise clients to do the same for their customers.
Using the power of technology and community, Frollo’s ecosystem enables clients to build their own unique customer journeys and value propositions. And, as the first FinTech in Australia to become an Accredited Data Recipient in the ACCC Open Banking system, Frollo is also leading the way towards a more transparent financial sector for all Australians.
In early 2020, the owner of the successful fintech start-up contacted me for support in refreshing Frollo’s brand.
MY ROLE
After introducing Frollo to brand storyteller, Greg Logan from Narrativity, who developed their brand story, my role included:
Key messaging for B2C and B2B audiences
Project management of visual identity rollout (agency Geronimo)
Content development – website, marketing collateral & media releases
White paper development – including interviews, writing & editing of ‘The State of Open Banking in Australia’ Report (2020) & ‘Consumer Data Right – The Game Changer’
